About the Coalition
The Philadelphia Crosstown Coalition is a Pennsylvania non profit corporation created in 2014, directed by an elected board of volunteers nominated by a federation of civic associations which are in good standing with the city as a registered community organization (RCO), united to advocate on a non partisan basis for improving the quality of life, support and empower RCOs to fulfill their obligations under the zoning code, and to share information, resources, best practices and realize economies of scale for the benefit of its member organizations.
2021 Update: The Coalition has no relation to, and is not to be confused with a newly formed "Citywide RCO Coalition of Philadelphia"
